Abstract and Non-Representational Pieces
Guardian Totem II

Fount

Art as a "signpost" of civilization and the implied history of a relic rendered in the permanence of bronze. This is a recurring theme in both abstract and figurative pieces.
7"/11"/34 cast bronze on black marble base (1 of 25)
Originally created for Mt. Carmel Nursing School, Columbus, Ohio, the piece is described as the deep well  that inspires the human spirit and mind, creating the illumination that elevates us infinitely.

Winged Ascension Gaia
"Rooted" in the stone, the wings pull to heaven connected to the earth by organic tethers.
16"/14"/30" Cast bronze with bird wings on white marble base (1 of 25)
